Helping maximise the flexibility of stretch film, this machine improves the effectiveness and efficiency of stretch wrap whilst saving money on unnecessary materials.

This pre-stretch pallet wrap machine converts raw stretch film into super strong film. By stretching film by 300%, the pre-stretch pallet wrap machine has the capacity to stretch 1 metre worth of pallet wrap into 4 metres. Designed to improve pallet wrapping consistency by utilising current stretch film materials to its full capacity, these pallet machines are a useful tool within busy warehouses.

The advanced soft wrapping feature maintains the films tensions throughout the cycle to avoid over tensioning as the pallet continually rotates on the turntable, but also offers a useful home position (whereby the turntable always stops at the same position).
